All sales are final and all products sold by BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. are sold "as is" to the Buyer and are subject to up to a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. All returns are for BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. credit only. Refunds will not be provided. All items are subject to price change without notice. All orders may be subject to an additional fee due to our cost being increased by the manufacture.  

Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (Shipping Company/FEDEX/UPS/etc.) must be reported to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving the order. If not reported within 24 hours, the customer could be held liable for all damages caused by the shipping company. Please remember not to discard any portion of the packaging materials. The shipper is expected to send a representative to inspect the package and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.

Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the buyer from BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. in advance and must by made within three (3) days of receiving the product. All returned products to BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping/Handling fees on any and all returns to BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. All products, which are approved for return, are for merchandise credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered by BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. to the buyer. BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. will not accept a return on any merchandise that has been drilled, primed, clear-coated, sanded, etc. Only the original buyer may request a return authorization. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. After receipt of goods, BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. shall inspect the goods to determine the exact condition of goods received. If BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Special Order Items are not returnable.

All special orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 100% of total cost. If there are any cancellations for any reason by the buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. shall not be responsible for any late shipments. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, price reductions, or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver within the estimated delivery time.

All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment. FedEx is the preferred method of shipment unless the merchandise is too large for FedEx standards, which would require shipping by common carriers (truck freight or shipping container). Your order may also be drop shipped by the manufacturer depending on stock at time of purchase. All shipping fees are only designated for the lower 48 United States, shipping for International orders may be subject to an additional fee. Free shipping is only designated for the lower 48 United States, shipping for International orders may also be subject to an additional fee. BRECUS MOTORSPORT, LLC. retains the right to charge a shipping or handling fee on any item at any time, if the item qualifies for free shipping within the online store a shipping and handling fee may still be required. If items are not in stock and cannot be drop-shipped by the manufacture, an additional shipping and/or handling fee may be required and will be added to your final charge during the shipping process. 

Brecus Motorsport, LLC. warrants that our clutches are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. The obligation of Brecus Motorsport, LLC,. under the warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, which fails within 12 months or 12,000 miles. We will not be liable for losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall we be liable for damages or injury to any persons or property resulting from the misuses or improper installation of any part subject to this warranty. Brecus Motorsport, LLC. reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing, or crediting, at our discretion, any part found to be defective.

The Limited Warranty will not be valid under the following express conditions:

•  When not installed by a certified mechanic.

•  When flywheel was not replaced with new or resurfaced to specification.

•  Clutches which have been altered, improperly installed, or damaged by accident, negligence or misuse.

•  When transmission fails or has excessive wear.

PRODUCTS USED FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE AND/OR RACING PURPOSES WHICH THEY WERE NOT ORIGINALLY ENGINEERED FOR, WILL NOT BE COVERED.
